Angle Property completes sale to Shurgard UK
Angle Property (“Angle”) is delighted to announce the sale of RSA House, Western Road, Bracknell to Shurgard UK Limited.
The property was originally purchased in June 2022 and comprised a 35,000 sq ft vacant office building on 1.5 acres. The purchase was funded by the Angle Opportunity Fund.
Angle successfully secured detailed planning consent in October 2023 for a new self-contained B8 warehouse unit totalling 24,100 sq ft GEA and associated loading and car parking.
