CareUK, one of the country’s leading carehome providers has signed an agreement with Angle to build and operate the facility if planning is approved. The development will create around 70 jobs and provide state of the art accommodation.

Angle has completed the unconditional purchase of Rectory Farm in Kings Langley from a private seller. The 20 acre greenbelt site is partly developed and let on short flexible leases. Angle intend to promote the site for residential development.
Angle has exchanged contracts to purchase Rectory Farm in Kings Langley for £8.16m. The 20 acre greenbelt site was historically a turkey farm and has been used for light industrial and storage purposes for over 10 years. The site is a short walk from the village centre and amenities.
