Tony has a wide-ranging skill set with experience and knowledge of all property sectors. He has particular experience in delivering planning consents, working with funds and meeting occupiers' requirements.
James has had a varied client-side career at Frontier Estates Limited, Brixton plc and Legal & General Property. James has a strong investment background and has a detailed understanding and knowledge of all the property sectors. In recent years James has utilised his experience focusing strongly on Central London opportunities which involve planning.
Andrew previously worked for 7 years at Linkcity, part of the Bouygues construction group as a senior development manager. He was heavily involved in a number of substantial mixed residential lead developments and is seeking new opportunities to grow the business. Andrew is a qualified accountant (ACA) and has a strong understanding of financial cashflow modelling to support the development process.
Tony is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Construction Professional with 25 years of experience in the procurement, cost management and delivery of projects in the industrial, manufacturing, office, retail and residential sectors. Having worked with Funds, Developers, Owner Occupiers, Tenants and Private Clients he is responsible for the management and delivery of all construction projects.
Ray is Chairman & Founder of Fiera Real Estate (formerly known as) Palmer Capital and has over 30 years' experience in UK property investment & development. Ray established Fiera Real Estate in 1992 and oversaw the significant growth in venture capital and fund management activities. As Chief Executive of Lambert Smith Hampton he, through a number of corporate acquisitions, created one of the UK's top five agencies. Ray brings valuable property experience, strong intellect and corporate knowledge to the Board of Angle Property.
Charles joined Fiera Real Estate in 2013 and was promoted to Head of UK Real Estate in July 2022. He is responsible for the management of the UK business and the successful execution of its business strategy. Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, Charles worked in the Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young where he focused on capital raising, M&A and restructuring. Previously, Charles was at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he focused on buying and leasing Central London assets. Charles is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Patrick is responsible for Fiera Real Estate’s investment in its property company network supporting their growth and profitability. Patrick joined Fiera Real Estate in 2020 from Catella APAM where he held a Senior Investment Manager role. Prior to Catella APAM, Patrick worked at CBRE Global Investors where he was the Assistant Fund Manager for two discretionary UK property funds on behalf of UK institutional investors. In 2015, Patrick undertook a yearlong secondment with the indirect side of the business CBRE Global Investment Partners to broaden his experience, before being appointed as an Investment Manager on the £1.6B CBRE UK Property PAIF. Prior to working at CBRE Global Investors, Patrick started his career in 2009 at JLL, specialising in industrial, office and portfolio investment.

The Angle Opportunity Fund is a new discrete fund, established and managed by Angle Property to acquire planning and development opportunities within London and the South-East. Angle will seek to create strong investment returns using its skills to secure valuable planning consents or unlock development potential and subsequently sell completed projects, typically within 1 to 3 years. The initial focus will be on assets in the £2-5m lot size range with an ambition to grow the portfolio and transaction size. Acquisitions are funded without 3rd party debt enabling Angle to act quickly on unconditional opportunities.
