Angle Property completes the acquisition of Charlton Place in Andover
Angle Property (“Angle”) is delighted to have completed the acquisition of Charlton Place, Charlton Road, Andover. The property comprises a substantial office campus of c.192,000 sq ft set within 17 acres of mature landscaping, originally constructed in the late 1980’s. The campus lies adjacent to Andover town centre with the High Street, local amenities and train station all within a 10-minute walk.
The site sits in a sought after location and has an extensive boundary to the Anton River, an attractive chalk stream tributary of the Test River together with an established woodland and landscaped border. The next phase will involve Angle submitting an outline planning application for a new residential development of 130 homes with associated open space and play areas. This is the 6th purchase by the Angle Opportunity Fund and we are actively seeking similar opportunities.
