Angle completes sale to Audley Group at Headley Court in Surrey
Angle Property is pleased to announce further success at it’s Headley Court project with the sale of the Mansion House Site to Audley Group. This follows extensive planning work undertaken by both Angle Property and Audley to secure full planning consent for the conversion of the existing Listed Building alongside a new-build retirement living/C2 scheme comprising a total of 112-units.
This follows Angle previously securing planning consent for 70 new-build house on the West Site which was sold to Vistry Homes in January 2023.
Headley Court is the former MOD Rehabilitation Hospital which closed in 2019. Angle Property, funded by Feira Real Estate in-house funds, has undertaken a master-planned programme of planning applications and sales to secure the long-term redevelopment and the regeneration of the 90-acre estate.
Angle exchanged a subject to planning sale contract with Audley Group in March 2022 following which Angle and Audley worked together to deliver the planning consent and demolition/enabling works leading to a sale completion in December 2024.
Tony Williamson, director of Angle Property said:
“We are very pleased to have partnered with Audley on this phase of the Headley Court. Headley Court has been an extensive and complex project and this is a great outcome for all parties as well as being a fantastic long-term use for the Headley Court Mansion Site. We at Angle wish Audley every success as they now take this redevelopment forward.”
