Angle Property partners with Audley at Headley Court
Angle Property is pleased to announce it has exchanged contracts with Audley Retirement Living in respect of the Mansion House Site at Headley Court in Surrey. Headley Court is the former Military Rehabilitation Centre which relocated in 2019.x
The Mansion House Site comprises the listed house together with extensive other buildings and gardens. Angle Property and Audley will work together on redevelopment plans for a Retirement Community centred around the listed house and formal gardens. The proposals are for a total of 114 retirement units, as well as various resident facilities.
This follows on from Angle Property working with Countryside on the West Site phase, where planning consent has been granted for 70 new homes on the site of the former barracks and accommodation blocks.
Tony Williamson, director of Angle Property said:
“We are very pleased to have secured a partnership with Audley at Headley Court. Headley Court is a flagship opportunity in an amazing setting and location. Both we and Audley are very excited about the regeneration of this historic property and what can be achieved there.â€Â
The 82-acre site was originally acquired in 2019 by a JV between two of Fiera Real Estate UK’s funds, Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V, and the Residential Land Partnership, a JV vehicle run by Fiera Real Estate UK and Schroders.
