Angle has completed its first letting at its new office and residential development, No. 1 Clink Street SE1. The 5th floor has been let to The Clearing Consultancy Ltd on a new 5 year lease.

Angle has sold its 21 acre site at Rivernook Farm in Walton-on-Thames to Bellway Homes for in excess of £15m. The site has outline consent for 83 residential units with 41% affordable housing and 13 acres of public open space.

Angle has commenced demolition and subsequent construction of its retail and residential scheme, Regent Place, Sycamore Road, Amersham. The project will deliver 8,000 sq ft of retail space and 35 apartments ready for occupation during the autumn of 2018.
