Angle has completed the unconditional purchase of Rectory Farm in Kings Langley from a private seller. The 20 acre greenbelt site is partly developed and let on short flexible leases. Angle intend to promote the site for residential development.
Angle has exchanged contracts to purchase Rectory Farm in Kings Langley for £8.16m. The 20 acre greenbelt site was historically a turkey farm and has been used for light industrial and storage purposes for over 10 years. The site is a short walk from the village centre and amenities.
Angle has completed the acquisition of Bugle Nurseries at 171 Upper Hallliford Road, Shepperton. The 11 acre site will be leased back to the seller on a flexible lease and Angle will progress planning for a residential and carehome redevelopment on the brownfield elements.
