Angle has exchanged unconditional contracts to acquire the final undeveloped site at Battersea Reach in London SW18.

Angle has completed a second site sale (Unit E) at The Heights, Stokenchurch, to Birkdale Sales Ltd for £600,000.

Angle has submitted a detailed planning application for a 30 × 1-Bed and 20 × 2-Bed apartment scheme, with basement car parking, at Marsham House, Station Road, Gerrards Cross.

Angle has sold the first parcel of land at this 60,000 sq ft industrial scheme and is constructing the first unit at The Heights, Stokenchurch for Tibbetts Group, in a £1.325m deal.

Angle has reserved 9 out of 13 units at the launch weekend of the Phelps House, St Margaret’s apartment scheme. The newly finished apartments all have private car parking.

Angle has sold the freehold interest in the retail investment at Phelps House, St Margaret’s to LaSalle Investment Management for £7.735m which reflects 5.25% NIY. Angle has taken a peppercorn 999yr lease back of the 13 residential apartments and car parking as part of the sale.
