Angle has exchanged contracts to sell Marsham House, Gerrards Cross, to a private investor. Angle will be retained as development manager on the 50 unit private residential scheme.

Angle has appointed 8Build Ltd as the main contractor on its Clink Street project. The Victorian warehouse building will undergo a complete refurbishment to create 15,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation and three penthouse apartments.

Angle has sold the last “Linley” apartment at 19 Buckingham Street London WC2. The price paid was £2.5m reflecting £1729 per sq ft and total sales reach £21.5m.

Construction works at The Heights, Stokenchurch, has completed. The 60,000 sq ft industrial scheme comprising five units has been pre-sold.

Angle has submitted planning for the redevelopment of 67-75 Sycamore Road in Amersham. The detailed application is for 35 apartments and a large A1/A3 retail unit on ground floor with associated basement car parking.

Angle has submitted outline planning consent for 83 units at its 20 acre site in Walton-on-Thames. The scheme provides 75 two, three and four bed houses, together with 8 two bed maisonette apartments with 13 acres of public open space.
