Angle Property is pleased to announce the unconditional acquisition of Dorincourt, Leatherhead

Angle Property is pleased to announce the unconditional acquisition of Dorincourt, Leatherhead from Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation.

The former care home sits on a 7.75 acre site to the north of Leatherhead, within a few minutes drive of Junction 9 of the M25 motorway. This is the fifth purchase by the Angle Opportunity Fund and we are actively seeking further opportunities.

James Good, Director of Angle Property:
“Dorincourt is an exciting acquisition for Angle Property in a difficult market. We will be seeking to achieve a change of use on the site to bring forward a new Grade A commercial development in an undersupplied area. Located immediately adjacent to the M25 motorway, the site has excellent transport links in a strong occupational market. We look forward to submitting planning and bringing the site back into beneficial use together with creating new jobs.”

Many thanks to Hurst Warne and Forsters acting for Angle Property and JLL and Irwin Mitchell acting for QEF.
