Angle Property is pleased to announce the unconditional acquisition of Dorincourt, Leatherhead from Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation.
The former care home sits on a 7.75 acre site to the north of Leatherhead, within a few minutes drive of Junction 9 of the M25 motorway. This is the fifth purchase by the Angle Opportunity Fund and we are actively seeking further opportunities.

We will be seeking to achieve a change of use on the site to bring forward a new Grade A commercial development in an undersupplied area.
