Fiera Real Estate
Fiera Real Estate, in its previous name of Palmer Capital, has been a minority shareholder in Angle Property since 2011. This brings the financial backing of Fiera Real Estate to Angle Property and access to funding for development and investment via a number of in-house managed funds. Fiera Real Estate is an investment management firm, which focuses on both creating and actively managing core assets for investors. The UK business was founded in 1992 and directly manages around £815 million Assets Under Management (AUM). Fiera Real Estate manages around $5 billion of real estate globally, through its investment funds and accounts. It is wholly owned by Fiera Capital Corporation, a leading multi-product investment-management firm with more than $124 billion AUM.

Angle Opportunity Fund
The Angle Opportunity Fund is a new discrete fund, established and managed by Angle Property to acquire planning and development opportunities within London and the South-East. Angle will seek to create strong investment returns using its skills to secure valuable planning consents or unlock development potential and subsequently sell completed projects, typically within 1 to 3 years. The initial focus will be on assets in the £2-5m lot size range with an ambition to grow the portfolio and transaction size. Acquisitions are funded without 3rd party debt enabling Angle to act quickly on unconditional opportunities.
