Angle Property is pleased to announce it has completed the letting of Northampton West on Furnace Lane in Northamptonshire to WH Barley.

The unit comprises a 93,670 sq ft distribution unit with extensive canopies and very large yard. The building was acquired by Angle Property in March 2021, funded through the Angle Opportunity Fund.

Following the acquisition, Angle Property completed a full refurbishment of the building throughout 2021.

WH Barley is a long-established, local warehousing and distribution company. Northampton West was selected by the company owing to Angle Property’s flexibility in allowing immediate occupation and working in partnership with WH Barley to complete the refurbishment around their urgent occupation needs.
