Angle Property, the leading London and South-East based property developer, has kicked off Q2 2022 with a new team member.

Andrew Harris has been appointed as a new Development Director to assist in driving the growth of the business. Andrew will continue the South-East focus and seek to acquire assets across all sectors where development potential can be unlocked.

Before joining Angle Property, Andrew previously worked for 7 years at Linkcity, part of the Bouygues construction group. As a senior development manager he was heavily involved in a number of substantial mixed residential lead developments and recently completed the £120m “Carrick Yard” scheme in NW1. Andrew is a qualified accountant (ACA) and has a strong understanding of financial cashflow modelling to support the development process.

With a strong financial, planning and construction background Andrew will look to draw on his experience to secure development opportunities to help grow the Angle Property business.

Outside of work, Andrew is a father of one, Northampton Saints Rugby Club supporter and country sports enthusiast.
