Angle has secured detailed planning consent for a 78 unit PRS scheme with integral petrol filling station at 262 York Road, Battersea. The scheme will incorporate 14 discounted market rent units.

Angle started the public consultation process for the wider redevelopment of its Hertfordshire House site in the centre of St Albans. A two day public meeting was held to gather feedback on proposals for the residential and commercial masterplan.

Angle has appointed 8Build Ltd as the main contractor on its Clink Street project. The Victorian warehouse building will undergo a complete refurbishment to create 15,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation and three penthouse apartments.

Angle has submitted outline planning consent for 83 units at its 20 acre site in Walton-on-Thames. The scheme provides 75 two, three and four bed houses, together with 8 two bed maisonette apartments with 13 acres of public open space.
