Angle has submitted a revised planning application for 89 PRS units at 262 York Road, Battersea. The scheme replaces the petrol filling station with an additional 11 residential units and small commercial unit at ground level.
Angle has completed the sale of its Marsham House site in Gerrards Cross. Angle has also acquired the adjoining land from Network Rail. Demolition and construction of the 50 unit scheme will commence in the near future.
Angle has sold the freehold of 19 Buckingham Street, London WC2 to the residential tenants of the building for £187,500. This sale completes the project.
Angle participated in a public “charrette” organised by Look! St Albans as part of its public consultation process for the wider redevelopment of its Hertfordshire House site in St Albans. The public held over the 10/11th September attracted over 160 people.
Angle has secured planning for the redevelopment of 67-75 Sycamore Road, Amersham, to provide 35 private residential units and circa 8,000 sq ft of A1 retail space. Demolition and construction will start in the near future.
