Olney is an attractive and thriving Buckinghamshire market town of c.6,500 people, being broadly equidistant from Northampton, Wellingborough, Bedford and Milton Keynes. The catchment size expands to 15,500 within a 10 minute drive time of the town and then significantly increases to 97,000 within 15 minutes’ drive. The majority of the catchment population are within the more affluent B, C and D Mosaic groups and there is a higher than average proportion of people in the older age categories (45 – 65) compared to the UK average.
