Angle Property acquires 90,000 sq ft training campus in Solihull
Angle Property (“Angle”) is delighted to announce the acquisition of a c.91,350 sq ft residential training campus at 123 Creynolds Lane, Solihull. The training centre, originally constructed in the late 1980’s, is set within an attractive 6.9-acre greenbelt site and benefits from a 2-acre lake and rural outlook. The facility was operated and sold by a UK national bank.
Located a short walk west of the site, the village of Cheswick Green offers a primary school and local amenities. The A34 Stratford Road lies just 500 metres to the east, providing a direct link between Junction 1 of the M42 Motorway and central Birmingham. The vibrant town centres of Solihull and Shirley are both easily accessible by car or bus, underlining the site’s sustainable and well-connected location.
Angle Property believes the site is particularly well suited to residential development given its established setting and strong connectivity. Angle will commence positive engagement with local stakeholders prior to submitting a planning application.
This is acquisition represents the 7th purchase by the Angle Opportunity Fund and Angle continues to actively seek similar opportunities.
James Good, Director of Angle Property:
“Creynolds Lane is a great acquisition for Angle Property and reflects our positive approach to unlocking development potential on redundant buildings and brownfield sites in good locations. We will bring forward a sensitive, design led residential scheme on this brownfield site in line with national and local planning policy”.
