Angle Property Wraps Up Olney Park Development
Olney Park is a highly successful 11-acre mixed-use development that Angle acquired in 2021 for £2.25 million as a greenfield site with outline planning consent. Since then, Angle has worked closely with a range of occupiers through the detailed planning process to deliver a diverse mix of much needed services, facilities and employment opportunities for the town of Olney.
Confirmed occupiers at Olney Park include a 66-bed care home by Kingsley Healthcare, a food store by Aldi and a drive-thru A3 outlet by Costa Coffee. In addition to the jobs created by these companies, Case Security and Ground Construction have also taken commercial space, providing further investment and employment for the local community.
Tony Williamson, director at Angle Property said “Overall, Olney Park has been hugely successful and we are very grateful to have worked with such a wide range of quality occupiers to deliver this for the people of Olney. Olney Park completes the employment and mixed-use aspirations of the Olney Neighbourhood Plan and complements the Sainsbury’s Foodstore and McCarthy & Stone retirement development undertaken by Angle Property in Olney during 2020.”
