Angle Property acquires 55,000 sq ft commercial campus in High Wycombe
Angle Property (“Angle”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Chiltern House in High Wycombe, a c.55,000 sq ft commercial campus set within 31 acres of land, including a native woodland and open field.
Originally developed in the 1970s, the mix of office and industrial buildings are currently let to a range of occupiers on short term leases, generating an annual income of around £400,000 per annum.
The site is located in the picturesque Chilterns landscape of Hughenden Valley, an area rich in heritage and once home to the UK Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli. It is within easy reach of nearby villages and just a 10-minute drive from High Wycombe town centre and train station, offering excellent connectivity to central London and the motorway network via Junction 4 of the M40.
James Good, Director says “This site delivers a strong income in the short term and given the dated nature of the buildings on site, has potential for a high quality redevelopment in the future”.
Haslams acted for Angle Property.
Livingstone Gunn acted for the seller.
