Angle Property finalises sale of Arborfield industrial development opportunity to Tungsten Properties
Angle Property (“Angle”) is proud to announce the successful sale of Observer Park located off Reading Road in Arborfield to Tungsten Properties.
Angle promoted the site on behalf of the landowner, The Farley Estate, and secured planning in February 2024. The outline planning consent allows the development of up to 11 units for Class E and B2/B8 employment use totalling 6,986 sq m (75,197 sq ft) GIA with associated access, loading and parking.
The promotion agreement was completed in April 2022 with Angle funding all costs in association with the planning application and assisting with the land sale by the appointed agents Bidwells & Haslams.

“This was a challenging planning opportunity with no allocation for employment. However, the site became isolated from the wider Farley Estate by the construction of the new Observer Way relief road which has significantly improved access to Reading and the M4.”
