Angle Property is delighted to be celebrating its 10th year in business. Privately owned and formed in 2011 with the backing of Fiera Real Estate UK as a minority shareholder, Angle has accomplished a great deal, having invested over £160m of equity across 23 assets, with a combined GDV of £500m.

The Angle directors, Tony Williamson and James Good have wide-spread experience across London and the South-East and they have created an impressive track record over the past 10 years in securing valuable planning consents and undertaking successful development in partnership with investors and occupiers. They have successfully completed on a wide range of projects including Foodstores, Care Homes, Retirement Living, Offices and Industrial projects.

Despite the unprecedented circumstances, the last year has shaped up to be one of Angle’s most successful to date and it now has over 1,000 residential units built or consented and more than 1,300,000 sq.ft of space built or consented. A notable project in 2020 was the donation and subsequent leasing of Angle’s Headley Court property in Surrey to the NHS, as a temporary 300-bed hospital to support the local healthcare needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Q1 of this year and in a fitting move to mark its 10th year in business, Angle launched the Angle Opportunity Fund, a new discrete Fund to acquire planning and development opportunities. Angle has already completed on its first purchase for the Fund with a 2.4acre site in Bracknell and it has a strong pipeline of deals for the remainder of 2021. Angle will seek to create strong investment returns using its skills to secure valuable planning consents or unlock development potential and subsequently sell completed projects, typically within 1 to 3 years.
