Angle Property completes first letting at Olney Park

Angle Property is pleased to announce it has completed the lease of the first unit its Olney Park development.

Olney Park is an 11-acre mixed-use development on the northern edge of Olney, an historic market town in North Buckinghamshire. Angle is proposing a range of uses, including care home, foodstore, commercial, day nursery and drive-thru to service the town and wider area.

The unit was pre-let to Case Security in 2021 and, following completion of the construction, Case has completed the lease and took occupation earlier this year.
The Case unit comprises a new, state-of-the-art office/warehouse unit of 12,000 sq ft, comprising a detached building with self-contained secure yard, high quality office and warehouse fit-out, PV panels and EV charging points. Case Security has committed to a 15-year lease, showing full confidence in Olney Park as a quality location and working environment.

The unit has been sold to Sowmac Investments who also funded the construction phase.
