Angle Property is pleased to announce it has agreed to let Xpanse 22 to Arco Limited, “Experts in Safety”, the UK’s leading integrated services and safety products business.
The building provides over 22,000 sq ft on 2.4 acres with 107 car spaces in the established Western Industrial Estate of Bracknell and is currently under refurbishment to provide a new office and training facility for Arco.
Planning has been secured for a number of external alterations and the proposed use which includes Class E, B8 and trade counter sales.
The building will be let on a new 15-year FRI lease with a 10 year tenant only break option at a rent of £15 per sq ft with 12 -months rent free.
Arco will commence their extensive fit-out in Q2 2022 following the initial refurbishment by Angle Property.
