Angle has completed a subject to planning sale agreement with McCarthy & Stone plc, the UK’s leading retirement living developer, and submitted planning for a new 58 unit retirement scheme on the remaining land at Warrington Road, Olney. Construction of the adjoining Sainsburys continues with completion due in Q3 2019.
