Angle Property has secured planning consent for the redevelopment of Kingsmead Business Park in Thame following a positive appeal decision. The scheme comprising 129 new homes including 28 affordable homes, a 68 bed carehome for CareUK and a small office scheme of 1510 sq m was refused consent by South Oxfordshire District Council in February 2019 and an informal appeal hearing was held in February 2020. Site sold to CareUK and Bellway Homes in March 2021.
